Z.ARC was established in 2000. We are a North London practice, offering a friendly, personal and professional service.
We have undertaken a wide range of work and have experience in a number of project sectors. We will undertake projects such as; designing a small component, product design, furniture design, interior design, extensions, loft conversions, individual houses and larger scale private and public buildings. Our high quality drawings are professionally produced, using the latest Autodesk CAD Software. We can produce additional hand drawn sketches and 3D models if required. We insist on producing a high standard of detailed drawings, for accurate pricing, to minimise changes and to avoid issues during construction. We are a great believers in the saying used by fine joiners; “Measure Twice – Cut Once”.
Directors are also registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the practice conforms with the ARB’s rules and regulations.
The Practice is based in Enfield North London and close to the M25/J24. Our projects are mainly around London, Hertfordshire and South East England. We do undertake overseas projects. We work with a partner practice in Barcelona for any projects in Spain.
Whether it is a alteration or extension to an existing building or a new building, we will be happy to assist you with your project.

Amal has lived in North London for over forty years and began his architectural career back in 1987. He studied at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and at the University of East London, gaining a commendation for his final year design portfolio. He became a registered Architect and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1997.
Amal has worked for many architectural practices both large and small . He has worked on complex mixed-use commercial schemes, high-end residential, social housing, cinemas, schools and retail projects. With a keen eye for detail, he has worked on many interior design projects too.
